Like most other websites, we use Folk and Google Analytics to collect information about our users.
How do we collect data?
We collect data through browser cookies and the information visitors provide in forms. We use cookies to know when and how often people access our website. Any information provided is stored in our CRM software, where our sales staff can access it to offer targeted services and respond to inquiries.
- Date and time of visit, pages viewed and time spent on each page
- Referring site data, such as the URL that led the user to our site
- Web browser type
- Operating system type
- Flash version, JavaScript support, screen resolution and colour processing capability
- Network location and IP address
- Personal information provided by the user
- Contact form: first name, last name, company name and email address

What do we do with the data?
We compile browsing information in order to improve the web experience. For example, we want to know which pages are viewed most often so we can make them more intuitive and create more of the content users enjoy.
How is the data protected?

Our website is not intended for children under 16 and does not target this group. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under 16. Anyone who believes we have collected personal information about a child under 16 is asked to contact us so that the information can be deleted.
No sale of data
We do not sell any personal information to third parties. Just like our users, we care about privacy.
Customer testimonials
We love seeing our customers talk about our solutions, but those testimonials may contain personal information. We obtain each customer's consent by email before publishing their testimonial.
