Our story

A mission in motion

It all started from a simple conviction: the organizations that work are the ones that trust their teams.

Since 2017, we've been supporting SMEs, co-operatives, non-profits and large enterprises through their transformations — human and technological. No cookie-cutter solutions, no jargon, no PowerPoint for PowerPoint's sake.

We are ourselves a self-managed organization, B Corp certified since 2022. We test in-house first what we recommend to others.
